Certificate help

I added a second domain to my MAIB machine, it works great but…
Can’t get the certificate to work properly. When i navigate to mail.myseconddomain.com, it’s all good. The certificate is vaild and it all works, but when i try to log in via any email client i get an warning saying that the certificate is only valid for mail.myfirstdomain.com.

I ran the ssllabs test on mail.myseconddomain.com, and here is something that might help:

I think i have to generate a certificate that is valid for both mail.myfirstdomain.com AND mail.myseconddomain.com.

I don’t know if CloudFlare is a problem here?
How do i generate a new certifiacte within MIAB for two domains?
