Cannot receive email

Hi,
I can send emails from my setup but cannot receive any. What am I doing wrong?

Can you provide us more information. Do you have setted up your box correctly? Do you use your own DNS?
How long is the setup in the past?

What extra details do I have to provide? I followed the tutorial. Also according to the status page, spamassassin seems to not be running. Could that be the reason?

Try to restart the server :wink: Look on the status page…is everything “green”?

Regarding the rDNS, web based tools say it is configured correctly but mailinabox status page says otherwise.

What seems to be the problem here based on the info you provide us is that your DNS is not working properly.
Can you tell us if your DNS zone file is properly configured ?
