Can not move emails from spam


A lot of my email what I send to my self from my mail-in-a-box server goes to spam folder. Why?
And why can not move nothing from the spam folder to inbox? Roundcube says moving was succesful but I refresh the page and it stays in my spam folder.

Do you have any other devices or clients logged into the account that might be using their own spam filter to move the emails?

No, I only use roundcube
