Can Mail-in-a-box have mass mail feature?

Can you please guide me or help me to find out solution of below queries as soon as possible.

  1. Can we send mass mail with the help of your mail server ? Our goal is to start with 10000 mail at a time and it should be scalable upto 100000 mail at the same time.
  2. What is the frequency of sending mail ? It means how many mail do you send per hour ?
  3. Can you please provide me your pricing plan ?
  4. How do you provide support to us ? Share your support plan.
  5. Please send us reference URL or document that guide us to setup mail server in our local instance/system.

Mass mail feature is something an email client does, not the server.
