Can I install a MTA like Nullmailer without to compromise my mail server?

Hello there,

Well, I am now adjusting my mail server after all the problems I had and would like to know if I can install a MTA like Nullmailer (or ssmtp, for example) without to compromise my mail server.

Is just I would like to obtain an output from the current cron jobs I have. Of course, maybe any other option can be available and I don’t know it. :slight_smile:

Postfix (part of MIAB) includes a sendmail command that is pretty much compatible with the old sendmail.
