Can anyone help me to fix this plz

Have a nice day

in my System Status Checks i have to main problems:

1- :heavy_multiplication_x: Your box’s reverse DNS is currently **--**--***.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com, but it should be box.mydomain.com. Your ISP or cloud provider will have instructions on setting up reverse DNS for your box.
How can i fix this.

2- ?Web has been disabled for this domain because you have set a custom DNS record.

Thank you so much.

This must be fixed through your providers admin panel. I am not familiar with AWS but if the service allows rDNS or PTR records to be set, it is likely somewhere in the provider’s control panel, usually on the same page as the IP address assignment of the server, itself.

Is there something on the Customer DNS page that conflicts with this, such as a custom A/AAAA record? I’m not sure what causes MiaB to show this.

This would be shown if someone has a webserver hosting a site for the domain on a different physical vps. When the ‘A’ or ‘AAAA’ records are set in Custom DNS, it will show this message - the ‘error’ message is absolutely normal under these conditions.
