Calendar Sync with iOS and Mac

I’m trying to setup my calendar to work with iOS and Mac. I can successfully add the calendars to each device, but they don’t seem to sync with each other, nor do they sync with the browser based calendar client.

For example I can accept a meeting invite and it adds to the appropriate calendar on my phone, but it will not sync to the sever as viewed through the browser client nor will it sync to the mac calendar.

Any advice?

Make sure that when accepting a meeting in iOS / Mac calendar you actually select the right calendar to save to. I also had this problem, it ended up being that I was saving the appointments to the default calendar and not the web calendar.
