Box with 2 IP's - how to set nameservers?

I’m running Mail-In-a-Box on a server that has two public IPs. What would be the best way to configure the MiaB server to use ns1. with frist IP and ns2. with the second IP?

It is not currently possible.

I thought it should be possible be manually editing the NSD configuration…or would it break other parts of MiaB?

You can’t edit the configuration files — it will be overwritten by a cron job.
