Allow old list server to send email without using SSL?

I have a really old list server that I like using but it is doesn’t use SSL, hence why I have to continue using my really old email server. I would like to get rid of the old email server.

Is there way I can allow the list server to use the MiaB SMTP server and not require SSL or TLS when it makes the connection? It is behind my firewall, so I consider it a safe situation.

I think this is a really unique request and something that is out of the scope of this project.

you can likely modify postfix config located in

/etc/postfix/main.cf

but figuring out what you need to do is sorta on your own…

I looked at main.cf and I don’t see a path forward at all (clearly due to my lack of skills), so I will make other plans.
