After installing mailinabox on a new ubuntu system 22.04 the admin control panel is not loading . the page does not show at all. Please help me understand what could have gone wrong. I tried reinstall option even than the page does not load.
I get the following message
Unable to connect
An error occurred during a connection to xxxxxxxx
What do the nginx error logs say?

The team found out that they had port 443 and port 80 blocked on the server.
Once we unblocked them we where able to see the admin screen
