Admin Panel Selection Tabs

So I was comparing the admin panel that has been setup on my new mailinabox I note the tabs

  • [System ]
  • [Mail & Users ]
  • [Contacts/Calendar]
  • [Web]
  • [Log out]

Come up at the top with the login page (they show up before login and after) but I had a look at the setup guide example admin panel (box.occams.info) and those do not appear with the login page. I like the look of that with out the tabs before login is this something that can be done on my box?

My Mail-in-a-Box has changes to the control panel that will be included in a future update.
