In response to this forum post: Legality behind auto-accepting Let's Encrypt's Terms of Services I have created a fully functional solution that notifies the user about our legal liability to the software we create here, and that they will be auto-agreed to the Let’s Encrypt Terms of Service.
However, I bet that my lack of sleep and lack of legal expertise will require that my fork’s legal notice be revised so that it meets the language we need.
