You will need to ssh into the box and look at the file /var/mail/mail.log around the time the mail was sent. Or if you can send the email again, run first:
sudo tail -f /var/log/mail.log
and then send the email again and look for log messages, and then paste them here.
I’m facing same issue recently! after moving my server to new one, the new server was hacked ( OPEN relay ) and sent thousands of mails. so now my server is blocked by " some " providers not all! I do not know what I can do with this now.
