I get this error . How can I solve ?

Hello,

You will need to ssh into the box and look at the file /var/mail/mail.log around the time the mail was sent. Or if you can send the email again, run first:

sudo tail -f /var/log/mail.log

and then send the email again and look for log messages, and then paste them here.

Oh, this is an error when you send an email to somewhere else (i.e. outside of your box)?

Yes . When I send e-mail is not accepted . But if I send the same address via hotmail yandex or not the problem ?

There’s no way to know what the problem is. The error is being sent by the ISP of the person you’re emailing. You’d have to ask them.

I’m facing same issue recently! after moving my server to new one, the new server was hacked ( OPEN relay ) and sent thousands of mails. so now my server is blocked by " some " providers not all! I do not know what I can do with this now.

Delist yoursef from Spamhaus first!

Tail the mail.log see what messages you recieive from google, icloud, hotmail, etc.
