504 Gateway Time-out nginx - upstream timed out

Hi,
i have a problem with roundcube.

I install mail in a box. Install OK and admin section is OK. Mail server works fine but roundcube not work. If i login to mailbox, firefox show 504 Gateway Time-out nginx.

In nginx log is:

Also having this issue after rerunning sudo mailinabox to fix the Lets Encrypt error for accepting the ToS.

Older posts suggested logging into the specific account with nextcloud before roundcube as a fix. Can confirm it works.

edit: This worked for some accounts, other accounts won’t login at all. Anyone have solutions?
