By the way, in my case this explains why I have an extra folder in the user directory, since the MiaB installation I performed was with Ubuntu 18.04 which, as you can see from the discussion on the www.sudo.ws mailing list I have mentioned above, the $HOME problem existed then.
Maybe that’s why you have it too
