Update 70 -> 71 script fails on duplicity - stock install

Found a fix here

Run the following after the error:

sudo apt-get remove --purge duplicity
sudo snap install duplicity --classic --edge
sudo ln -s /snap/bin/duplicity /bin/duplicity
sudo mailinabox

That got my box running with v71.
