[SOLVED] Domain.name/dir 403 Forbidden

chown -R www-data:root /home/user-data/www
chmod -R a-rwx,u=rwX,g=rX,o=rX /home/user-data/www

Still not working, I have named the index file “index.config.html” would that be the problem?
