Your email client (in this case the camera’s internal software) most likely uses an old depreciated version of TLS, or ciphers. Ask the manufacturer to provide you with software utilizing up to date standards.
If that is not possible there are other workarounds. Search this forum for posts about old printers. The issue and solutions are the same.
