Same as I said above - If you don’t use your Mail-in-a-Box as your nameserver, then you are responsible for setting the mail-related DNS entries and keeping them updated (on Cloudflare) — your Mail-in-a-Box will tell you what to set in the External DNS tab of the control panel.
