# Error when Provisioning TLS certs

There’s a couple threads floating around on this one. Try executing these commands and then going back to TLS to renew.

> ```
> apt-get remove python-openssl
> pip3 uninstall pyOpenSSL
> pip3 install pyOpenSSL --upgrade
> 
> ```
