The Duplicity requirements.txt file now lists python-gnupg as a basic requirement. The change is documented here: fix:usr: Use ‘python-gnupg’ instead of our ‘gpginterface.py’. It seems that this dependency should be updated automatically when the Duplicity package is updated.
