Microsoft could just have your IP blocked - you emailed them right?
Or better yet, joined their Junk Mail Reporting Program (JMRP) … unfortunately I cannot find the link to share atm.
They have my IP and domain whitelisted.
I’m a member of SNDS JMRP already.
The problem is beyond my understanding now 
Ok some positive update! I don’t see DKIM Failure anymore!
emails are still reaching spam so I don’t know what’s next but my domain is kinda new and needs some time before it delivers email properly.
